Fnb call center agents are useless

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service i received from the call center staff at fnb today. There is no way to get through to the branch itself as the call goes directly to the call center, I received ********** emails and sms's from someone, it was made as if it was from FNB.... I tried to report it but instead was cut of twice and the other two times the staff thought a was crazy and wanted to cross check my debuts to make sure i didn't forget something.... Then the other staff member confirmed that fnb didn't send through any communication and I should ignore it... So this person obviously has my banking details if large amounts dissappear from my account im pretty sure FNB will say they cannot assist any further
