Fnb call center
I'm banking with fnb for some time now and I had an emergency reversal of payment to make and I had bought R150 airtime just to phone fnb and do the reversal. I have entered my ID number and card number exactly 6times and I was transfered 6times from 1 person to another and had to stay on the line for the last person for atleast 10mins and then my airtime ran out. That is 0 progress that I made and spent R150. That's how much fnb has cost me for no help at all. This is ridiculous, how long do I have to wait and spend just so fnb can help me with my money. Phoning fnb is absolutely frustrating. You being redirected like no body's business
