FNB CALL CENTER

Fnb secure chat is pointless,whenever you have a query,you wait a while for the agent only for them to give you a number to call cause they dont know then when you call them,they keep saying that they transferring you to another department but it just takes you back to the automated system to enter your ID no and start over. I spoke to 8 agents today and none of them were able to assist me. Its obvious that they working from home since you can hear it's not a professional environment and they not interested,half asleep. I got delived different cards from what I supposed to recieve so I'm trying to fix youlls problem but you'll not interested.. Il throw it outside fnb and If someone picks it's up and uses it I wont be responsible since iv tried to report it but you'll care as usual. You'll should remove the slogan "How can we help you" cause clearly you'll cant..!!!
