FNB

So disappointed with service from FNB. A very close friend passed away 6 years ago and left all her affairs up to FNB Fiduciary to sort out. Myself, the Co Executor and the family (from overseas) met with FNB, where we were promised that they would sort all the paperwork out, as my friend had money abroad and it would be different countries involved. FNB said they would communicated with us on a monthly basis until the estate was sorted out. It is now 6 years later and still FNB are pushing us around from one person to the next and staff are changing all the time so we never know who to address the issue with and the communication from FNB to us is non existent to say the least. All we want is to be informed of what has been done and what is still to be done so we can action it. It is embarrassing being a South African citizen having to report to family overseas on the process when our top bank can't even respond to us with updates on the matter. Absolutely bad service
