FNB
Worst bond experience ever.
First submitted documents with them December 2021. It is now 31st October 2022 that these **** heads get back to me to say now build the whole place out of pocket when you done we will assist you and they call it 40%. All the walls almust be built, roof must be completed inside and out, outside plumbing must be completed, electrical wiring must completed, FNB want to comete finishes. They have not called me a single ****ing time to relay Info. I had to to find out myself what's happening with the bond.
I app**** for 1.9mill at standard and completed the whole process within a week. They obviously could not help because the plot is with the FNB ****s.
FNB came back to say changw the size of the house. Paid the architect to change the size of the house, then they said change the bond amount, so we change the bond amount. Then they had a problem with the bond amount they suggested and requested for it to be increased by 250000, they went through the process again and came back to say sorry now you over the market value in the area.
Now they only want to do the finishes. What's is the ****ing point of applying for a building loan if they tell you to build the place yourself.
Oh and none of this info came from these useless idiots calling me. I had to find out through my own means what the **** was going on with this ****ing app.
Kieth the Valuations Manager - no comment. Kieths staff - absolute *******. Don't think they know what anything costs.
The rest of the ****s who should have called to give me I do on my application, *******. Only reason why I am trying to complete through this Jacques Cilliers piece of **** bank is because my plot is with them.
To make matters worse they treating one of their staff members like this.
