FNB

I'm not happy with FNB. I was sent eWallet by someone. From that money I got half of it, and I link my number that was used for eWallet, this easy zero and the money it's gone now I went to their bank looking for help, they gave me a phone to call, I did cal I was answered now the woman I was talking to said to me my easy zero account its blocked because I have a contract with a furniture shop called Lewis. I went to Lewis shop I told them that I never came to their shop and I have a contract with Russell only not with you guys they said they going to fix it.. I want to ask what does my bank got to do with a shop.. I want to cancel the easy zero and I want my money because now.. Even the woman I was talking to didn't understand what doing now fnb and Lewis...
