Good day yesterday the bank called me after thry found their mistake by overcharging me on bank charges. The agent confirm she has reversed the overcharged amount she will email me and come back to me. Up until today no communication no feetback the agent that confirm with me my refund is Semuke mhlabe. Im still waiting on the email you promised and never send and Still waiting in redund
