FNB - by far the worst customer service

FNB must have the worst customer (lack of) care (dis)service by far. You get shoved from pillar to post, wasting an inordinate amount of time to resolve a simple matter. This is after FNB has assured me a number of times they have "addressed the problem" and it will never happen again.
