FNB by far the worse ****en Bank in SA
If i could give negative stars i would. One of the most useless banks by far in SA, sadly that doesn’t take alot. I have been trying to pay an account but for some reason i cant. No one can assist me with this account. I have been transferred between departments that im literally blue in the face. Held on of departments for over 20min with no answer?
How is it possible that not one single person can assist me in a company as big as FNB?
Should i just leave this account for 5 years and when you come and collect it afterwards i tell you go **** yourself?
This is ridiculous and ****en disgusting

01 Aug 2022, 17:30As you will see you rep**** on the 30th of March. We are nou in August. Legal has phoned me once. This has still not been sorted out.
Due to FNBs negligence and incompetence i cant do anything on my accounts.
How do you expect me to pay interest on an account thats just lying there and if i don’t ask about it no one even bothers to make contact with me?
I dont even have a ****en banker because my accounts isn't in good standing? So its ok for me to pay the account fees to have all the services but cant use it? And again the worst part is that its not even my doing, but FNB that has useless and *********** people working for them?
Im actually at a point where im going to close all my accounts and just move everything.
