Fnb Butterworth poor service

I am banking with fnb in Butterworth I run a tuckshop in one of the locations the kind. Of help I get at that branch I can not rate it's not poor it's beyond the teller that is on the business side is always with attitude or would say I should not come every day to deposit my money and the line you stand to be helped at the inquiry....if you are not a well known person you wait but if your known you are help with out waiting at all I do not understand and the manager....where is he or she can any one help us our businesses are. Suffering as I write this I'm waiting to be helped just to renew my card I have been waiting as from11;27
