FNB busy *****ling my money now, i need help ASAP

Attention FNB business.

My name is Rhulani Magezi, I do buy and sell bitcoin Legit online. There was a faithful day(18th of Feb 2022) I sold bitcoin to someone, he paid me R20,000 into my FNB business account and also paid my partner who uses Capitec bank 16,254.00 and R7,601.00, same day. The sender is using ABSA BANK.

the next day, i notice that my account has been blocked and that of my partner who uses Capitec bank, so i went to FNB and i was told that it's with ***** department, i called them, an investigator by the name Thabo was assigned to be in charge of my case, i was wondering which case is that because there was no complain from the sender of the money, i even have the ID of the sender because i normally request for ID copy for first time buyer with me.

The investigator asked me what was the reason for receiving such funds into my account, i explained to him that I only sold bitcoin to the person and I have all the needed proof, he requested for the proof and also a police affidavit which I gave to FNB the next day.

I phoned him back and he told me he will get back to me, which he never did, i always go to the bank times without number complaining and explaining my problem to all the bankers. Then later the investigator called me and told me that he will still get back to me, i keep asking myself what is really going on.

Later I got to understand that the case is with the forensic department and they are doing some investigation which I really don't understand .

During this time of investigation , Thabo who is the investigator was busy taking Money out of my account, he took out R17,200 from my account, and later took out R14,996 from my account, this started looking like a **** to me, because this investigator is *****ing my money now for no reason.

My partner was busy with her capitec bank and they are always in contact with the forensic department, first week of April, capitec phone my partner and inform her that her capitec account has been opened and she can now have full access to her account without one cent been ****** or taken from her account as the forensic department find no fault in the transaction of R20,000, 16,254.00 and R7,601.00,

But why will FNB take all the money in my account and also close my account for no reason ? PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND MY ACCOUNT RESTORED. I REFUSE TO BE **** BY FNB.

This is really bad and I need it ASAP.

I thought FNB was the best bank in South Africa.
