FNB busniess is a joke

Trying to register a business name and bank account since September. Endless delays. They said I did not pay. But I di. The phone line a joke. Went to bank rang off 3 times until bank sent me home with tel no. Then they said delay was proof or residence. We sent it 5 times. Then they said delay ( 3 days for every enquiery) and they don't phone you back you have to phone. Average waiting time 20 min. Often cut off to try again. Then they asked to specify directors which I did on online application I sent it 5 times and they still asked for the detail again. They do not understand lease agreements and asked for proof or residence over and over Everything we send they reject and ask for more. The website says 24hrs registration. What a joke!

I'm done with FNB they suck! Now I'm gonna tell face book and all my friends. And close my accounts where I bank 1Mil a year. I emailed all.this to them and no response from them.
