FNB Business Zero - Documents confusion.

I saw an AD for FNB business Zero account, and was interested. I followed it, and I was called to register an account and I did.

They requested proof of residence, if I were to come collect the card, this I didn't have, nor was the time to go. Then, I mistakenly send someone the account because it appears with my other accounts on the App.

Problem, now the funds are locked in the account, and I don't know what to do. I have been to two branches, been on calls, filled form, had consultants call their seniors, but still nothing. The other issue is that the type of account, doesn't even need any documents.

The thing I find super annoying is the fact that FNB doesn't accept its own bank statements as proof of residence.
