Fnb business worst, if you want your business up and running don't even try fnb. No sense of urgency

The level of service from FNB is the worst you can experience. It takes them over a month to open an account, when you call you are on hold for at 12min, then you talk to different all the time which can't really assist, the only thing they can do is escalate and nothing much gets done. After 5 weeks it was eventually opened and activated, but now waiting for only profile to be activated, I was told someone will call, it's been 1 week now, so I have about 4 weeks to go.

Same experience with trying to close an account, I've request this on 23rd Feb, to date I'm still waiting
