FNB Business works slower than Government

WoW. And I thought dealing with a Government department was terrible, until I realised that FNB is far worse. Been waiting for my business account to be opened for a week and a half. I cannot believe the level of service. All I hear is "Sorry sir, we apologise". But nothing gets done. They work slower than government does. Can you believe it. FNB does not car about their customers anymore.
