FNB BUSINESS WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS!
FNB Business Banking has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The staff are unhelpful, seem ***********, and appear more interested in following rigid procedures than actually assisting clients. Every interaction felt like a struggle, and there is a shocking lack of willingness to resolve issues efficiently. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in the banking industry, and I would caution any business considering FNB to think twice.

I was on the verge of closing my bank account out of pure frustration, but thanks to their exceptional service, my entire perspective has changed. They went above and beyond—patiently accompanying me through every step, staying on the call until my case was properly allocated and attended to. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. This level of commitment deserves recognition.
