FNB Business Useless!!

I have been waiting for FNB buisness to resolve my account activation over three months now.

I have submitted all required documents for my account to be activated. I get the run around I keep submitting documents and I always get told the same thing. I do not understand what else is needed from me??? top all off this nonesense FNB then charges my account monthly charges! How?? When I haven't even used the account.... How do I sit on a negative with an account that's not active???
