FNB Business treats its customers like a number. no such thing as relationship banking
I have a business account and a personal account with FNB. I am paying well in advance of R2000pm on bank fees. FNB treats its business customers like a number and would not grant any credit because of a single debit order paid 3 days late. I contacted their customer service department and asked them if they wanted to keep me as a customer and their response was we have so many business customers we don't need your business. I will be moving my accounts in the near future. I don't expect FNB to give a damn but I can guarantee that if you treat your business customers like a number you will lose market share every year. Expected more from FNB, I have been a customer for 20 years and not some fly by night. Very disgusted.
