FNB Business too slow!
Good Day
I logged a request on Monday the 20th of July 2020 to close my Fnb business account with reference number Rn***. Today is the 25th of July 2020 and nothing has been done. I can't keep paying the monthly account fee until Fnb decides when the account will be closed! I thought that the turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days? This is ridiculous!
