FNB business the worst!!

We opened an FNB business account, eventually after a month long struggle our account is active but now we font have access to our profile!!! They say all they can do is escalate a request which will take another week!! This is ridiculous! We have bill to pay and have no access to our funds!! Why wasn’t the profiles created automatically???
