Fnb business the pits

*****ulent transactions happened on my business account. The account ended up being overdrawn. One of the consultants called and advised that i must deposit money into the account and i explained that I'm unable to deposit as my account is being dealt with ***** and quoted the ***** case number. There after i see sms notifications that i must rate their refund process. Happy go lucky i see that there has been reversals however the account is now handed over. How am i suppose to conduct business when i cant have access to my account?! I have called numerous times with no help. Im sick and tired of this nonsense and i don't know what to do because i need to use the account. The person dealing with the case said he was going to call till today he hasn't called. The line that i need to call is not even a toll free number and you wait foe hours with no one attending to you.
