FNB Business - terrible service

FNB Business delivered two new gold business cards for my 2 businesses. Both were not able to do any transactions online. I have been on the phone since 09h05, and it is now 10h50. On the line with the 14th Consultant of FNB, I spoke to ***** department, Online Sequre Department, Online banking limits department, Business banking department etc. and the one puts me through to the other and NO ONE can resolve my issue. It is an online FNB Enterprises account - IT IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR AN SMME TO DO BUSINESS WITH FNB - 2 hours to resolve an issue with my new debit card that can not process an online transaction!!!! I had to recharge
