3 months now still waiting for bank rating letter. FNB BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and the motto " how can we help you" must just be shelved as uts utter nonsense App**** for business rating letter it's been 3 months now When you call they say go to branch front desk when you get to branch they say call then you hold for almost 30minutes just to be told reapply and when you do you just get a case number and the cycle continues Have missed over 3 business opportunities that require said letter just for being loyal with a bank that doesn't really care
