FNB BUSINESS SERVICES EXPERIENCE

To whom it may concern,I just received a call from an extremely rude lady(regarding the complaint Reference 338262),telling me that my Business account is held in Lenasia when I personally know I completely forms and received emails stating my account is at the Glen regarding the Business Banker on Pulse20(Pty)Ltd.

THIS IS NOT HOW CLIENTS SHOULD BE SPOKEN TOO.

I come from a corporate banking background and never did I liase with a client like how I was addressed now.

So sad that we as small businesses get charged services fee and pay transactional banking fee for Services like this.
