FNB Business Service is the worst

I have had the worst type of service from FNB Business. I've been trying to resolve the business bank account details following the change in directorship for the company. I have been sent from pillar to post with no assistance on how the issue with the account details can be resolved and changed.

I have not been able to transact with the business account which has had an impact on my business operations.

I'm seriously considering banking with another bank. This is ridiculous!
