FNB Business registration is useless

Worst service I have ever experienced!!!!! I have been trying to register a company through FNB CIPC portal. THE PORTAL IS BROKEN AND DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO GO PAST STEP 2! I have spent more that 2 hour on the phone with FNB consultants who are absolutely of no assistance!!! Please fix your portal for applications.

Its absolutely ridiculous that you can also not call anyone at the bank to assist or go into a branch to assist... the only way " apparently" to apply for a business account and CIPC registration is via the online portal. As mentioned before, THIS PORTAL IS BROKEN AND DOES NOT GO PAST STEP 2. Its been broken for more than 2 weeks now! Please fix this portal or provide an alternative email address for new applications.... I seriously cannot believe I cant find anybody to assist with this issue...
