FNB business Registration a pure waste of time

I hate coming here to complain but sometimes, when you have exhausted all other methods of reaching out the business, this is the only option you’re left with. I decided to use FNB to register a new business in June and since then, I have received nothing besides a name reservation. CIPC says that the business reg is still pending on the cipc portal, I cannot get hold of them either, but they are a government organization, what else would you expect. FNB on the other hand is very annoying, I spent another 30 minutes holding only to be hung up on, twice, and trying to open a general email query on their website, and the loading circle just spins. FNB have opened the business account relating to this new business and are requesting the business reg documents however they have not provided them to me and I can’t get hold of anyone who can assist with it.
