FNB Business - Process Flawed, Account still not activated

If you want a business account DO NOT go to FNB…I opened an account in August 2022 & I am still waiting for my account to be activated!!! They keep asking for KYC document over & over & there is no one to speak to to confirm whether documents are in order. Oh & asking to speak to a manager will take 24-48hrs!!
