FNB BUSINESS PREFUNDED CREDIT CARD

I have more than 6 months waiting for prefunded credit cards for my employees, they do appear on my account but no communication sent for collection. I was told due to the employees not banking with FNB proof of address is required. Why not contact me and wait? I have submitted the proof of address and still nothing, I app**** for another employee credit card, no communication or feedback at all. These are the 1. Thupae R. Diphakedi 2. Nkagusang S. I have sent Joane an email doing a follow up at ***, she read my email with no response. This is not the first I have a problem with FNB business credit. If this is how I have to get assisted by writing a complain , I think I will considered looking for another bank.
