FNB Business payment into Absa Credit Card disappeared (enable Pay and Clear)

Whilst I have always been a massive fan of FNB, this week I had a rather awful experience. I normally do online payment via cell phone banking app. I made a payment, as I normally do into my Absa Credit Card (Same credit card number as recipient reference), only this time I clicked on the Pay and Clear Button. I recieved a notification that the transaction was successful. Skip a few days later, the payment has not been recieved by Absa credit card division and there is no sight of it in my transaction history whatsoever.
