FNB Business Pathetic

Trying to open a business account with FNB as an existing account, credit card and bond holder with them.

Service has been pathetic. No responses to emails. Excuses about emails being sent to spam folders however they do not bother to check spam despite knowing this is happening to my mails.

I have requested an account confirmation letter. Received a *******ed copy which cannot be opened. Still no reply to emails. I have explained numerous times that the account confirmation letter is priority in order for me to register with various service providers.

I feel the service has gone past bad and is just now plain disrespectful.
