FNB Business or ABSA...which is worse

I am very upset about the terrible service and lack thereof that I am receiving from FNB for my business. I moved over to FNB because I was receiving terrible service from ABSA and now FNB Business proves to be on the same level. My business banker does not respond to me when I have queries and then only to find out later, that that banker is not my banker anymore, but no one informed me. To add injury to insult I had to find out via text that the next banker is not there anymore but someone else, that person has not even contacted me yet.
