We opened a Business Call Account a few months ago and have been struggling to get simple monthly statements. After speaking with several consultants from FNB and FNB Investments over the last two months there is still no solution to the matter. We've also not been able to get feedback on a simple KYC request sent several times. What is worse is that most of the consultants that I have spoken to seem to just hang up after a few minutes, or transfer me to a dead line. Its quite a disappointing experience and we have been left with no other option but to look at your competitors who are able to provide a reasonable level of customer service.
