FNB business, no value for customers and pathetic service!!!

FNB business banking, what a **** service. After my business overdraft was handed over, i paid and finished the outstanding amounts 9months ago. Till today I'm still waiting for settlement letter after relentlessly calling them and visiting the branch. They conveniently cannot close the account which is still charging after 2years of closing my medical practice. The money they froze in the account keeps on being deducted for their profits. It is day light ******* again by big institutions on ordinary people. I can't wait for this to be over and i close my personal account somewhere else. ***** at its best.
