FNB Business Loan - Disaster!!!
In February my wife app**** for a business loan from FNB for the purchase of a additional business, the person that assisted her was Business Manager - Betty from the Gauteng East Growth Segment, FNB, North Rand Road.
Betty was informed that they need the loan by end of May when the purchase will be finalized. Paperwork, financials all provided as requested by FNB in time. Then the wait started, one cannot get hold of Betty on a phone without holding hours, her email replies are VERY SLOW if ever, it is a frustrating and tedious process!
This morning 23 May my wife received a call from someone regarding the business loan, not Betty but a new person that has no idea of what is happening.
This is nothing short of pathetic to say the least, if you cannot assist because you are too busy or you feel that the business is not adequate for you please tell someone this is the case.
We would like to sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused.

In the meantime we have taken out two personal loans at 23% + to cover the R300 000 needed for the purchase of the business, this was approved within 10min, but try and grow a business with FNB as your "BANK" and see if they will help you, you are more likely to be hit by a train.
You should really remove all the misleading ads on TV and Radio about how great a business partner FNB will be for you because YOU are nothing but pathetic.
