FNB Business KYC - LONG WAIT ! NEARLY A MONTH TO TAKE YOUR ACOUNT OFF HOLD !

For the past 2 weeks I have been waiting on my account to be taken off hold.

I am extremely disappointed in FNB service. I have debit orders coming in the next few days and all my money is in my business account which is on hold.

No service coming in from the KYC department , constantly transferring to business department.

Enough is enough ! Take my account off hold !

You guys need to assist people first that are nearly done with documents but instead you make them wait !

Waiting for 2 weeks ! No consideration when I told them my son is in Hospital and I have to pay his medical bills , nothing !

And no feedback from the KYC to speed up the process !

Called over 50 times into the call centre and I am told to wait. !
