FNB Business is useless!!

FNB Business has taken since the 12th of May 2022 to sort out a simple transfer from one of my petrol accounts back to my main account. I have phoned them multiple times and have been given various timelines of when the money will be transferred back, but to date nothing. Not even my personal private banker has been able to assist. I would not advise any potential business customers to use FNB business as they are only good when they need your money. The are useless at sorting out problems.
