FNB Business is so disappointing

I recently opened a business account. I have joint access with my business partner.

They have on numerous occasions called to set it up and correct authorization.

To date, I cant make a single payment or edit the profile without my business partner authorizing me. My partner however can do everything and doesn't need my authorization for anything.

I have complained numerous times and nothing.

I find FNB Business client service is shocking and would change in a heart beat.

Never using FNB Business again, I'm opening a new business but will not be using FNB
