FNB BUSINESS IS PURE NONSENSE

FNB is the ****tiest bank ever! This is not the first time I am complaining about payments not reflecting on the recipients side. I made a immediate payment at 09:47 and it still hasn’t cleared, I made another one at 12:17 and it also hasn’t cleared and yet I’m being charged for this incompetence FNB

WHY SHOULD I BE CHARGED FOR A IMMEDIATE PAYMENT THATS NOT IMMEDIATE?!

To top it off I have been transferred from one consultant to another on their chat the whole morning, one on them even said one transaction has been released only to find that it hasn’t, this is so annoying because we pay for this convenience and when you get transferred from consultant to consultant it’s even more sucks
