FNB business is not available for any assistance

It is really impossible to get hold of anyone at FNB business for assistance. I spoke to someone on the secure chat that said I should rather call the bank. So i called. Its been 40 min and i'm still on hold (one of three attempts today alone to get hold of anyone at FNB business). Can someone please just call me back? I guess the FNB business approach is to ignore a problem until it just goes away.
