FNB BUSINESS IS ***

I really don't understand why FNB business is not transparent with their products, to be honest i feel like closing my business account now. This is bull****, i mean i was charged a service fee on the first business account that was supposed to be free as per their adverti*****t, and the worst part i have paid a lot of PAY AS I TRANSACT fees, i need someone to tell me why, we are taken for granted? I don't have have any problems with paying fees but i hate the fact that you are not transparent, why don't you tell people what they should expect than selling people ****ty product. I need someone to call me and explain why i was charged monthly fee on the account that is supposed to be R0 pm or else i will simply close down my business account with you.
