FnB Business is for the elite...clearly

Once again. we have deal with these banks as if they're doing us a favour. It always takes extreme measures to get ATTENTION! I have been trying to apply for a merchant ID at my bank. I called all the call centres until I eventually got e-commerce/business. A nice lady assisted me, I gave her all the necessary information and she directed my enquiry to the correct department. I then received an email from *** stating that there are certain requirements we have not met. We then rep**** to inform the recipient that we have everything in place and directed them to where they can access the information. The person did not come back to me after many follow up emails. It's been two weeks and yet still no help. It's one thing to be denied services for valid reasons, It is another thing to be completely ignored. I'm tired of this ill treatment, does anyone know of bank that could help me because clearly these ones aren't interested in my business.
