FNB Business horrible experience

I am so fed up with FNB Business. I have been struggling for the past 2 weeks with FNB business regarding FICA documents...they do not send a list of things they need but rather one by one and then they are also not clear im what they want. This is a small side along business that has not been generating an income for the longest of time...this is becoming such a nuisance that I want to close this account but no one willing to assist
