FNB Business harassment

I am harassed by FNB Business. FICA documents submitted longtime. Every time I get SMS that my account will be frozen due to FICA documents. I have log in into my FNB app many times but I can’t see anything outstanding. FNB Business must be clear on what they want me to submit & stop the continuous threats & constant blank SMSes
