FNB BUSINESS FOREX- Your service is disgusting

We have an Estate Account with FNB, the worst service ever. Not once but over 4 times. Our last withdrawal we sent in paperwork via e- mail on the 25 of June 2021 for a withdrawal and received a reply 8 July after numerous mails just to say the withdrawal can't be done because the accounts we've given aren't be used to deposit into. I'm sure it doesn't take 14 days to figure that out. You can't phone them the lines never work. The apparent manager doesn't have a phone either as he hasn't phoned once. After 3 mails, and sending in the documents this is the **** reply I receive. FNB makes me sick. Everytime we request a payout we have to do everything over again its like we're new clients over and over again. I'm withdrawing my money and moving it to Capitec where service exists. FNB you charge so much for such **** service.
