FNB BUSINESS FOREX INCOMPETENCE

FNB Forex guys are so so ***********. I have 2 transactions which they have been trying to release since the 15th of September. Them seem not to know who has to to what? They are blaming each other for their incompetence. I was told a manager will contact me to resolve. It’s been since the 21st of September and no manager has called me. They are holding my money and they can fix their problem. Can someone at FNB forex kingly urgently contact me.
