FNB Business Doesnt Care About You
I have opened an FNB Business Account. Someone paid money in and I don’t know where it's from. This person proceeded to report me for *****ing and I asked FNB to reverse it as I have nothing to do with it. Now im getting No Responses. No Help. And im left stranded without an account for the business.
My investigator did respond at first saying that if I want to reverse the money they will lock my account for 30 business days or I can prove where the money is from. This is completely unreasonable and I wish I was treated better as a business client.

07 Feb 2024, 15:43And just to prove how bad their service is. This complaint was on the 29th and it's the 7th of Feb and still I am not getting responses to my emails or getting answers from hallopeter team. Tragic
