FNB Business Dept Consultants don’t know what they doing!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can FNB business department remove the hold on my account. I’m visiting the branch more than twice in one week. The consultant phone the call centre, they give her the run around on more than 3 occasions. I was told to wait till Monday, 13 April it is Friday already and the hold is still on my account. I tried to contact them in my personal capacity they transfer me from one department to another without any success. It seems as if going on hello Peter or social media is the only way to get matters resolved. I’m tired of phoning your call centre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t help!!!!!!!!!!!!! You don’t deserve any stars on this matter!!!!!!!
