FNB Business Debit order Reversals.

I know that there have been system problems this year with a number of financial institutions, but reversing a transactions today the 5th of January 2026 after they went off on the 1st of January 2026 when there was more than enough funds, is unacceptable. It has an impact on a number of things, your credit score and relationships with suppliers that could have an impact on your business. I have also requested to update the business name twice, submitted all the CIPC documents, but still the Bank Confirmation Letter is incorrect and confusing to customers wanting to make payments because it doesn't reflect the new name.
