FNB business credit protection plan

I have a credit protection plan with FNB which they sold to me with all sorts of promises In the past 6 weeks and over 120 minutes spent on phone calls to their so called Live Desk and after the phone been put down in my ear numerous times and being put through from one person to another it seems not a single person knows what we are talking about Let's not forget the mails received that we will be contacted shortly, which has not yet happened after we have submitted numerous complaints to FNB We have been trying to put in a claim but with absolutely no success We personally think this is just another product sold to us as customers that is useless when you need it What does it help you think ahead and make arrangements should you find yourself in a situation that many of us are finding ourselves in at the moment but it helps you absolutely nothing at all We cannot and will not leave this matter alone as this feels like ****************.
